Ecoprogresso develops the necessary calculations and produces the GGR in accordance with the stipulations of Decision 2007/589/CE.

Ecoprogresso provides a complete service range for installation preparation for this process, including simultaneous verification with a view to detecting possible non-conformity and avoiding any repetition of such non-conformity on verification day, valid for the purpose of the EUETS.

Ecoprogresso prepares the entire reserve access process request, including its communication to the competent authorities. The project making the reserve access request may be assessed according to the several existing options impacting on CO₂ including its financial analysis.

Ecoprogresso strives to keep the installation privy to new legislation and ensure the most efficient adaptation to new rules and demands providing risk analysis according to the specific characteristics of the respective installation.

Ecoprogresso is a member of PowerNext, providing an emission allowance and other carbon asset trading service (CER Ð Certified Emission Reductions), that may also be used for the purpose of EUETS compliance. (Please note that only the equivalent of 10% of installation allocation CERs is eligible).

Ecoprogresso closely supervises company investments, ascertaining whether there is any impact and its extent on CO₂ emissions and selecting the best option taking into account the financial analysis of the respective existing choices.

Ecoprogresso supervises installation and makes short, medium and long term forecasts for fuel, raw material, carbon assets and final product sale costs.

Experience acquired in recent years in the carbon market enables the identification of the best opportunities for carbon asset profitability, providing operators with simulations of feasible gains and executing the entire process to the highest of standards.

Experience acquired in the work accomplished at installations, as well as more recently through CDM/JI projects allowed Ecoprogresso to enhance its competences in the identification, analysis and implementation of emission reduction projects.

Ecoprogresso provides every assistance, including strategy definition and communication with official entities, so as to ensure the operator may obtain a fair allocation for the period in question.
