Meeting of the Parties (MOP)
MOP is the Supreme Body of the Kyoto Protocol. The first MOP firstly was held in Montreal, Canada, in December 2005 during the 11th Conference of the Parties. The MOP-2 took place in Nairobi, in November 2006, during the COP-12. The last meeting of parties, MOP-3 was held in December 2007 in Bali, Indonesia. The MOP-4 is to take place in December 2008 in Poznan, Poland.

Memorandum of Understanding (MoU)
An MoU is an agreement between two parties that aims to formally recognize a joint desire to ultimately conclude an agreement or to achieve goals jointly. Minor Source Stream
Source streams selected by the operator in sum emitting 5 ktonnes of fossil CO2 or less per year or contributing less than 10% (up to a total maximum contribution of 100 ktonnes of fossil CO2 per year) of the total installation annual fossil CO2 emissions before subtraction of transferred CO2, whichever is the highest in terms of absolute emissions.
